Your reservation is accepted subject to the following terms and conditions:

Payment Terms: Payment is due prior to the course, including payment on company purchase orders. If payment is not received, a credit card hold will be required for participation. This card will only be processed if payment has not been received within 5 business days following the course.
Cancellation Policy: Registrants may cancel more than 10 business days in advance of the course start date for a refund of 75% of the course fee. Or, you may transfer your registration to another date at no additional charge. Please notify us as soon as possible. Registrants may cancel between 10 business days and 5 business days in advance of the course start date for a refund of 50% of the course fee. Cancellations less than 5 business days in advance of the course start date are not eligible for a refund. At any time, you may transfer your registration to another member of your company at no additional charge.
Course cancellation: In the unlikely event that a course must be cancelled, you will be notified at least one week prior to the course date. Your full course fees will be refunded, or you may transfer the booking to another course. The course provider is not responsible for losses due to cancellation, including losses on advance purchase travel or accommodation.
Changes: Agenda, course dates, and locations are subject to change.
